  I appreciate how customer service at the cosmetics welcomes us right away with a smile the moment we come in and the cashiers are respectful. The cashiers are respectful. Although, it's not easy to find a worker around the store to ask for help. I once called to have information about a product and waited too long on the line for a small place. Last, even though there's a line indicating cusomers should wait while the previous ones are paying, the store doesn't discipline the customers to not sneak on the back of those paying, so they just pass that line, stand right beside you with no discretion, rushing you while you're trying to hide your card informations, as if we were 3 people paying at one cash register. So uncomfortable !

  I was a loyal customer for almost 8 years because it was close to my house but it was an awful experience EVERY SINGLE time at the pharmacy. No one greet you when you arrive, not even a "hello" or a smile. I would wait at the counter for 15 min before someone would just acknowledge my presence. And then, I would wait for another 45 minutes to get my medication while the technicians were doing other things than prepare the drugs for people who were already waiting. And I know what I'm talking about because I was a pharmacy technician for 8 years. The pharmacists are not friendly and everyone always seem in a rush. They also gave my medication to another client and did not even apologize which is totally unacceptable for a pharmacy! The technician even tried to say that I was lying by saying that I came and picked it up! After 8 years, I finally decided that I had enough and transferred my file to the Proxim next door. Best decision I've ever made. It's when you go somewhere else that you realize how much the customer service at this Jean Coutu was bad.
