  Dimitri is very professional and passionate about his work, he treated my lower back and hip issues in a timely manner. The McKenzie technique he applies is very effective, I've seen numerous physiotherapists over the years who have done a good job but Dimitri is the only one that has treated my pain correctly. Other PTs fix you temporarily but Dimitri gets to the root of the problem with effective exercises and stretches to zone in on your particular issue. My lower back issue might be different than someone else's lower back problem which might require a different stretch or exercise, this is what Dimitri focuses on, he's not a one size fits all PT. I highly recommend Dimitri.

  I came to Get Fit Physio because I had knee pain. If you are having mobility problems, the place is very accesible, close to the metro and with a big elevator. The staff was super kind and there was no waiting time. On the first session, Duc was very attentive in identifying my problem, and he suggested exercices that effectively solved the pain in no time. Definitely recommend.
