- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I took my new rescue cat to this clinic and was assigned to Dr. Heather Labelle. It was such a bad experience. This Vet talks extremely loud (almost yelling) and was very abrasive and rough with the animal. The exam was at a bare minimum. And, she barely answered my questions, with a word or two. I got out of there confused and saddened. When picking a vet, I want someone who knows how to gently handle a pet and show compassion for both the pet and the owner. I had to take my cat to another Vet clinic as I was extremely dissatisfied with my initial experience.by Happy WandererMay 12, 2017
