- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worst Insurance brokerage ever. We have been with them for over 25 years. Many policies. Never a claim. Until we had one last year. God forbid you have a claim with them. They did not honour the policy as stated and it took over 1 year to settle something and it ended up costing me over $40000.00 for things that should have been covered by them. I lost 4 tenants in the process and they are supposed to compensate me for that. It clearly states in the policy but after numerous emails & phone calls - I have not heard from them. I have just finalised preparing all evidence for this file and I will be proceeding to take this matter to superior court. Please beware of this company.
