  I haven't even had a chance to visit the clinic thanks to their incompetent receptionist. I called them to make an appointment and was put on hold 3 times!!!! Every time she was back online I would get asked the same question, my date of birth!! And finally, after spending almost 15 minutes on the phone and being 3 times on hold, the receptionist tells me she has to call me back in couple of minutes. Those "couple of minutes" ended up being 45 minutes, when I clearly was not able to pick up my phone. I call back the next day and although apologetic receptionist says that the spots are not available anymore (it was the day before). Finally, she books me for tonight 19:15, ce soir we both repeated. I thought great, and guess who calls me back to say that it's not tonight but tomorrow!!! She confused the days?!!! This is unacceptable, if your receptionist is struggling to write down the correct information, maybe she needs training or maybe you need a new receptionist.
