  The Pharmacy section is their saving grace. The workers are nice based on their current mood and don't seem to get any penalty for their crappy attitudes, the service is very slow. Lines build up quickly and if I need a product that isn't on the shelves anymore it'll take about 30mins before I get to see someone and another 30 until he or she comes back to tell me the item is out of stock. Now for the Canada post section: The worst part of this location unfortunately. The workers are technically workers for Jean Coutu in a Canada Post location, so any hang ups you have with Canada Post they avoid by this little loophole, they'll always send you to call customer service. This is how Canada Post avoids taking responsibility for anything. HOWEVER, they take all the days off of Canada Post, meaning, Canada Post dictates the vacation days of the workers there, it makes absolutely no sense. The workers there could honestly now be any less interested in existing and their prices are getting out of hand. If I walk about a kilometer to the east there's another one of these kiosks and they furnish scotch tape for free. Here they ask you to buy theirs because "that's just how it is" and the tape costs 5$ + tax a pop! This is straight up abuse and needs to stop.
