- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The old woman working has to take an extended vacation or see a therapist, she is often going off on soliloquies, taking things personal, interacting with her is awkward, not very professional behavior. Perhaps she's having troubles in her personal life, hope she has them sorted out, wishing her good luck, but in the meantime it harms Jean Coutu's reputation. If I had a choice, I'd like her to be removed because I really hate going to that Jean Coutu now anticipating to interact with her!! The opening hours are very bad, they're basically closed when most people need them. Opens extremely late compared to other shops around, and closes really early. Looking forward for some staff upgrades/better customer experience. I'm sure the company can fix that, as every other Jean Coutu I've been has had perfect service.by Wadih M.January 22, 2017
