  10 years with my file there; first 8 years, serious, efficient, respectful and kind service... only at MAXIMUM 15 minutes of wait for the medication. Last two years....one hour MINIMUM of wait. ( even if you are the only one at the pharmacy and there are 6 or 7 people behind the counter and three or four of them are pharmacist). Not polite people, if you ask why it takes so much time, they laugh of you ( specially three guys there). In two opportunities I had to leave without the medication because I had no more time for wait. I told them to send me the medication next day to my house.....one more day of waiting!...... Here we go again, different owner, same service one year later! Calling to ask for the delivery of my medication and after 20 minutes trying to contact the pharmacy; ( two times they cut off the call), finally an answer and the person there, said to me that he is to busy to answer, I asked if he was the only person in the pharmacy.....I know that always there are at least three people. I hope the new owner will put an order there, because since the owners transition time to now, the service is the worst! Since two years ago....one star, before 10 stars; Come on !!!!
