  And it is because we can't give 0 star worst hospital ever... Started ok then 7.5 hours later with no food still haven't seen a doctor... and this nurse talking about well so people wait 12 hours... how is that a relevant information?!? I just left... no respect

  My wife had an allergic reaction and was taken to Saint-Luc . The staff were not friendly and would not speak english. It was a very terrible experience. She was kept overnight and not given any water or food. We did not know what was going on . Finally an english speaking Doctor arrived in the late morning and she let us know what was going on . Stay away

  More than 2 hours of waiting. Calling only in French. After that, the ER prescribed an antibiotic for a presumably staphylococcal skin infection. I made noticed her that my husband had 160-110 of blood pressure. She said that we should check with our GP ( that we don’t have) but still and I quote:” it does not matter if you have hypertension for 20 years”. The antibiotic prescribed was amoxicillin clavulanic which is totally wrong for a skin infection with suspicion of staphylococcus and moreover she prescribed a high dose (pneumonia dose!). My husband has no improvement with the treatment (naturally as the diagnosis and management is wrong).
