- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was a patient for the month of February.. followed the """"SMART""" programme for ten weeks .. It has changed my life for the best..The staff were wonderful and very understanding.. and always stop and listen to me .. I have learn many positive techniques to stay healthy.. I continue to be followed and participate to some activities.. The Douglas Mental Health University Institute is a very helpful place and I am not ashamed to tell my friend where I was for the month of February.. without the help of all the staff,I would not be where I am now .. I am now healthier and happier and that there is a beautiful future out there .. Sunshine weather is finally here.. little birds are chirping and the flower are making their appearance ..
