  I was impressed by the set-up of the lasik MD Montreal clinic, it is a big and well maintained clinic with black leather couches, free coffee, cookies and wifi accessible to all visitors. I was a bit concerned about the length of my appointment, but honestly the time actually went by quiet fast. The Montreal Lasik MD staff and team were very kind and welcoming and I felt like they really did take the time to assess my eyes. My contact lenses had been bugging me for I while, but I did not realize that it was due to excessive dryness, which I learned after visiting the clinic. They suggested, that I go without my contacts as much as possible and to use hydrating drops often and suggested to complete an additional consultation in 1 month's time. I was overwhelmed with relief and happiness after learning that I could get my surgery done and I booked the first appointment I could get! I completed my surgery at the same clinic with Dr. Mark Cohen and I am very happy with the service and results! Thank you Lasik MD!

  It's been 6 months since my operation and and enough time has gone by to write a suitably accurate review. First, the procedure itself is quick and straightforward. The actual laser procedure only last for a few seconds and the entire thing takes 5 minutes at most. Quick, concise and very professional (p.s. it was amazing that as I got up I could immediately see clearly). Beyond the procedure however are the consultations. Regular check-ups to look at how your eyes are healing and just how good your vision could be. As I said it's been a little over 6 months and during my last visit I was told I'm healing much better and my sight is better than initially hoped (I had a really bad prescription in my left eye). Now with both together I am at 20/20 but there is room for more improvement. Thus, in 6 months (once the healing process is completed) I will be back at which point we might go for another surgery (covered by the lifetime warranty) To further correct my left eye. This is all fantastic news and all accomplished by an extremely friendly and competent staff. Bravo to everyone there. Although I paid for the highest rate personal service, I don't regret it one bit. It was worth every penny and I still sometimes giggle at how well I can see. I have referred many people including a few who went for the surgery and they all love it and agree. In case you are reading these for confidence or horror stories; there are none. Rest assured you won't be disappointed. P.s. they have great coffee and cookies in the waiting room. Always helps!

  I've come few times for checking my eyes after surgery and each time they made me wait in the waiting room for over 2-3 hours. Super slow staffs and they don't care about your waiting time. They told me you're gonna have dry eyes for 6 months after surgery. I had my surgery a year ago and still have dry eyes.
