  I've been going to clinique A for the past two years without any issues at all even knowing the price behind it. Went this week with a new a doctor Gabrielle Landry, right off the bat called my name and walked off without me really knowing where she went. Right from the beginning had a very nasty and bitter attitude as if she did not want to be there, maybe because it was closing hours. Asked me some questions and didn't let me finish my sentence and cut me off, made me feel as if I was not answering truthfully or worse as if she was not listening at all. Insisting that I get the full work up, which I did 400$ later. She said she'd call with results and never did. Called the supervisor Emelie lagerde and received an earful of well we don't have to call when all the tests are negative. Left a completely bad taste in my mouth and after 3 years I will not be going back.

  I paid $600+ plus for STD testing. They said they would phone me if any result was positive. I received the result from the lab via email and there was a false positive for herpes. They did not phone and I was unable to reach anyone there (" the nurse does not take calls") for 5 days. In the meantime we were freaking out. When I finally was able to talk to the nurse she explained that " it's probably a false positive" ) What does that mean? My own doctor said that generally this test is not used because it returns too many false positives and is considered to be useless. In my opinion they seem to prioritize selling you things over good care. I went private to get good service but did not get that, instead got a week of pointless stress over nothing with no follow up. And they made me pay for a test that is widely considered useless. I had to see other doctors to determine that I am healthy.

  The secretary (the old one) is super rude And not polite. They discuss your sexual issue in the open - I really didn't feel comfortable - for a place that specialized in sexual health , u would think that they would make you feel Comfortable. And after my bad experience - they make u pay !!!

  Frist time I tried to call to get some informations. I've waited "in line" and there was 5 peole before me and waited for 25 minutes. Once it was my turn, no sound and the phone call ended. Called back, I've waited for 15 mins before hanging out. Still got a test, the test were around 120$ each and I learned later that a treatment is about 30$. They tell you that the treatment is not included in the test...after you gave the sample. After I gave my sample to the doctor, I asked about the treatment and she told me that they treat whatever are the results...why did you make me paid around 300$ if you were going to treat me anyway?! The price is very surprising considering how little effort is required for an ITS testing and that in other clinics, they do the test for 25$. They should at least put clearly on the website the rate for every treatment ( not a small font note at the bottom of the page saying it may cost between x and y) or tell you the full expected price before you do the testing. What makes me mad is not the the price I paid, it's the process of how I ended to pay it. In the short terms, this may work for their profit but I will never go there again. Edit: A month later, I never got the results of my tests.
