  I went there twice and will never go back for those reasons. The first time I went there I saw how one of the workers was grooming my dog, and it took about 5 hours due to her talking to her boyfriend on the phone (on speaker), while complaining about my dog being difficult (4 months old at the time), when I thought I could trust them since it was his first time getting groomed. I let it go and gave them a second try. They made an exception to groom my dog so I will give them that, but there's a reason why they have more availabilities than all the other places in Lasalle. I went last week for the second time and I came back to a completely different dog because they don't seem to know how to do nice haircuts, just shaving. I also let it go since hair grow back and it's the least of my worries. I see blood on the floor and the manager was wondering why also. I look at my pup's paw and there is a big cut, enough to see the inside as if it was ripped open. The girl says, and I quote "Oh, it was open but it got closed, I guess it got open again, it must've happened when I was shaving his paws." Basically, she was never going to tell me if I had not seen the blood, while knowing that we were going in the forest for a few days and it could've gotten infected very easily. She said there was nothing they can do except putting a bit of hand cream on it. I paid full price and left to go to the vet to learn that he needs antibiotics for a week and to wrap his paw with surgery glue. I would've just waited another month to get an appointment somewhere else instead of him going through that all day and weeks. If you need to book a groomer in Lasalle go anywhere else even if the waiting list is long, I promise you it's worth it.
